Why I Am Running for Richmond City Council

Why I’m running for Richmond City Council, District 4:Richmond gave me community, purpose, and the feeling that I belong. Now I want to make sure every neighborhood in District 4 feels the same way.For too long, our district has been treated like an afterthought. Because our neighborhoods are quieter, people assume everything is fine. But residents know better. We need safer streets, better lighting, maintained parks, thriving businesses, and real investment in Hilltop.Drop me anywhere in District 4 and I know my way around—the local cafes, the hidden gem businesses, the gathering spots. I’ve organized neighborhood watch groups, planned community events, and built coalitions across Richmond for over a decade.I’m not running to perform politics. I’m running to get the work done.
